Neuss is a medium-sized city across the Rhine river from Düsseldorf in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany.

Get in

Düsseldorf International Airport (DUS IATA) is just 15 kilometers from Neuss downtown. There is a direct S-Bahn connection from the airport terminal to Neuss main station every 20 minutes, taking half an hour.

Neuss is not served by intercity trains. There are however regional and local trains frequently arriving from Düsseldorf (taking 10–15 minutes), Cologne (half an hour), Mönchengladbach (15 minutes), Krefeld (15–20 minutes), Wuppertal (35 minutes), Hagen (one hour) Aachen (70 minutes), Kleve (1½ hours), and Venlo (Netherlands; 50 minutes).
