  • 1 Il Cena'colo, 228 S. Plank Rd, +1 845 564-4494. (NY 52). This unassuming eatery in an out-of-the-way location is reputedly the Hudson Valley's best Italian restaurant. To appreciate the magnitude of that accomplishment, consider that its competition includes all the restaurants in affluent, populous Rockland and Westchester counties.
