Akungba is a town in Ondo State. The town was famous due to the advent of Adekunle Ajasin University in 1999 which was previously known as Ondo State University, recently the school graduated about 53 first-class students.

Navigating your ways around Akungba is quite easy as there is a park garage at Aluta market however be careful of okada riders and trucks as road accidents are mostly caused by the two form of transport.

Medoline Road is not too good for movement so be wary of taking okada or crossing the road without checking properly.
