Auburn is a small city in Northern Indiana, and the seat of DeKalb County.

runs roughly north-south along the western edge of the city. The city is accessed via "IN-8 Garrett Auburn" at exit #329. Auburn is 23 mi (37 km) north of Fort Wayne and 111 mi (179 km) south of Lansing, Michigan.
