See

Albert the Bull. The world's largest bull statue. The red and white Albert gazes at drivers as they "mooooove" north on Highway 71. Worth a stop and a photo op.

  • The Little Red Barn (Turn off Hwy 71 at Exira, about 9 miles south of Audubon, then it's the little red building on the right with a big gravel driveway.). Open Very Early. A small-town greasy spoon if there ever was one. Go early to catch the retired farmers talking cows and coffee. Full breakfast with coffee will be under $5, so tip your waitress well! Vegetarians be warned: The "Vegetable Burger" is a hamburger with vegetables on it. Cheap.
