Little Falls is a city of 9,000 people (2020) in Northwestern Minnesota. Established in 1848, Little Falls is one of the oldest European-American cities in Minnesota. Its main draw is the Charles A. Lindbergh State Park and Historical Site on the Mississippi River.

  • Charles A. Lindbergh Historic Site, 1620 Lindbergh Dr S, +1 320 616-5421. Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day: Th-Sa 10AM-5PM, Su noon-5PM. Contains Lindbergh's childhood home and a visitor center with a full size replica of the Spirit of St. Louis. $7 adults, $6 seniors, $5 children 6-17, free for children 5 and under.
  • 1 Burton-Rosenmeier House and Little Falls Visitors Bureau, 606 1st Street SE. A Neoclassical house built in 1903, it is distinguished by an asymmetrically balanced façade with a two-story porch supported by columns with Ionic capitals. Interior features include hand-painted hollyhocks in the dining room, stained glass windows, an ornate fireplace, and decorative woodwork.   • The Minnesota Fishing Museum (MFM) preserves the heritage and history of freshwater fishing in Minnesota. It features over 8,000 artifacts in two large display rooms, the O'FISH-L Gift Shop, and tourism information.

  • Little Falls Dam Festival, Maple Island Park along the Mississippi River near the town dam. Annual festival occurs in late June.
  • Little Falls Arts & Crafts Fair. Weekend after Labor Day.
  • Pine Grove Primeval Park and Zoo is on the west side of town, among pines in a 70-acre (280,000 m2) park. It features a zoo, walking trails, picnic and playground area, a granite "council circle", and a rustic log shelter. The zoo is home to a variety of exotic, native and domestic animals, including cougars, bobcats, tigers, timber wolves, bears, pronghorn, bison, elk, white tail deer, prairie dogs, yaks and a petting stable.
