There are bus services operated by Stagecoach from Mayfield High Street to Heathfield and Tunbridge Wells. During the day, these run half-hourly, but do not run late into the evening.

There is also a beer garden, and accommodation. The owners have opened a delicatessen in the High Street selling bread, meat, cheese and vegetables.
