  • 1 Oko Castle (岡豊城). A good place to view cherry blossoms in the spring.
  • 2 Tosa Kokubun-ji (土佐国分寺). Temple number 29 on the Shikoku Pilgrimage.
  • 3 Zenjibu-ji. The 32nd temple on the Shikoku 88 Temple Pilgrimage.


Cycling is very easy, and Monobe River offers good canoeing opportunities.



Local tomatoes are very good. Local hard, stick cookies are also good.


Nearly all Kochi people love drinking sake. Watch out!
