[edit]- 1 Kahnawake Mohawk Reserve — A suburban Indigenous reserve that sits within Roussillon's territory, but is administratively separate from it. Kahnawake has three National Historic Sites of Canada: Fort St-Louis, the Jesuit Mission of St-François-Xavier, and the Caughnawaga Presbytery. It hosts a powwow in July.

West:
- Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, an island on the St. Lawrence River.
East:
- Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, a city of about 100,000 with some museums and a few golf courses and other recreational facilities.
Northeast:
- La Vallée-du-Richelieu, a multi-city area on the Richelieu River that contains many historical monuments and buildings, pleasure boating on the Chambly Canal and the magnificent Parc du Mont-Saint-Hilaire.
