Sernancelhe is town and municipality in Beira Alta, Portugal.

Sernancelhe (s(ih)r-nuhn-SEH-ly(ih), /sɨɾ.nɐ̃.ˈse.ʎɨ/) municipality has 5,713 residents (2021 preliminary), with about 1,100 living in town.

The N226 road provides access from Lamego, Celorico da Beira, and from the A24 motorway (Autoestrada do Interior Norte). The N229 connects from Viseu, São João da Pesqueira, and the IP5 main route.
