I am suggesting a new banner, which in my opinion is more representative for the town. Nothing wrong with the visual appeal of the current banner, it is really very pretty, juts it is rather difficult to spot such a flower in a desert. The one I'm suggesting illustrates a local tradition of high school graduation classes painting the year (number) on the cliffs above the town. It's visible from far around. I didn't think Idaho had any desert. It does? On the face of it, I find the current banner prettier, but then I haven't visited Idaho and can't address how representative either banner is. Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:23, 2 September 2015 (UTC)

Well, I don't know if it is really technically a desert, but to me it looks pretty much like it. And it's all around for miles and miles. This is what it looks like. Yeah, I know, the current one is much more pleasant to look at, but it might create wrong expectations :) Danapit (talk) 21:36, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
