Деление на регионы

Архангельскую область, на мой взгляд, можно разделить на 3 региона: 1) Север Архангельской области, 2) Юг Архангельской области, 3) Новая Земля и Земля Франца Иосифа (они административно относятся к области). In case anyone is interested, I'll translate Andrey's post:

Arkhangelsk Oblast, seems to me, can be divided into three regions: 1) North, 2) South, and 3) Novaya Zemlya and Franz Josef Land. The border between the North and South would be just south of Plesetska.

For the most part, I think it works best for the Russian version to simply plunge forward with these Oblast divisions. The English version is less likely to subdivide them at this point, as the content here is not growing as fast. I think it safe to assume that the English language version will eventually follow the example set by the Russian version for Oblast regions, as they are being done so well. --(WT-en) Peter ^Talk 18:32, 16 July 2011 (EDT)
