Lancashire?

Although Boroughs such as Bolton,Bury,Wigan,Rochdale and Oldham are in Greater Manchester i have mentioned all all 5 of these Boroughs pages that the boroughs are considered more lancastrian rather than greater manchester and that they all have a strong connection with Lancashire and not greater manchester.

There's no evidence that its true. It's garbage. Better phrased as having "historic connections" with Lancashire or something like that.

How can you say theres no evidence that its true,i know for a fact that its true as im from Bolton i do know, on my post it says Bolton,Lancashire as will

all the other Boroughs mentioned.Ask anyone in Bolton,Bury and the other Boroughs what county they re in and theyd tell you Lancashire.Theres evidence that its true. It is a well known fact that people in these Boroughs prefer to call themselves Lancastrians, Each of the 5 boroughs have more of a Lancashire connection than a Greater Manchester one.Places such as salford,manchester,trafford,tameside and stockport might have Greater Manchester connections but the Boroughs i mentioned before are definitly Lancastrian.

Climate & Rivalries Query

Not completely sure about the 'Climate' section I've just added - any thoughts? Also, is the rivalries section completely accurate?--Nicholasjf21 (talk) 12:12, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
