[edit]I'm not even sure this is a region; I just added it because I needed a place to put Greve, which I moved from Florence. Better arrangements cheerfully welcomed. --(WT-en) Evan 14:07, 25 May 2004 (EDT)
- I'm pretty sure it's only "Classico" when you're talking about the wine region, otherwise just Chianti... but it's been about 10 years since I was there... I'll move it if I don't hear otherwise... (WT-en) Majnoona 12:29, 10 Apr 2005 (EDT)
- The zone of Chianti Classico is the zone, where you can find this vine. [[User:(WT-en) pz-engl 18.4.2005
Chianti Classico is the wine brand used by brocucers of grapes that are in the central and historical sites of Chianti. Other Wines produced in Tuscany are named Chianti, referring to a larger area between Florence and Siena. Locations are adjacent to Chianti, so close that you can't tell one wine from the other but these are not produce of the original Chianti area.
The region name is Chianti. The wiki should be renamed Chianti. I will try to do this by myself. User:(WT-en) Dwdp 3 Oct 2006

[edit]This item has been created from "Chianti Classico" whic does not deserve the right to be a Tuscany Area but only the wine brand. User:(WT-en) Dwdp 3 Oct 2006

[edit]I cut these away from the article, as they clearly don't belong in it as they are right now. We need to figure out what to do with these places, maybe create proper articles for them. (WT-en) Timo Laine 12:56, 21 June 2008 (EDT)
