Coach services[edit]

Until recently, the Get around said both that there is a "dense bus network covering most of the region" and that "public transport outside the main cities varies between limited and non-existent". Which one is correct – or rather, what is the real situation?

I would think that there is sparse coach traffic along most thoroughfares, but that some of them and most minor roads are served only by municipality run services, designed primarily to serve school children and the elderly. Any town probably have some services, or are there exceptions?

So: I don't know, does somebody have local experience?
