Other destinations

Are all of these "cities" except for the Bugyals (the non-red-linked of which is a circular link to Garhwal), under the Wikivoyage definition? Ikan Kekek (talk) 10:29, 22 November 2014 (UTC)

Should we subdivide this region?

There are 20 cities now. I hesitate to suggest this because so many Indian region articles are in poor shape, but normally, when there are this many more than 9 cities at the bottom level, dividing the district is considered. Is there a logical way to divide it, in any case? Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:09, 8 November 2015 (UTC)

I would prefer to not add to the Indian regions drama with more skeleton regions. Looking at this article, I'm tempted to say we should have a critical look at the places listed. Several of them are villages. Would it be an option to treat the Garhwal article as a partly lowest level article, so to include the main sights + additional info of the small villages in headers in the Garhwal article? It's not directly in line with policy, but it would a) fill the Garhwal article itself, and b) solve the problem of too many listed destinations without creating empty regions.
