New banner candidates

Current Tyne and Wear banner: Tyne bridges.

Current Gateshead banner: Angel of the North close-up.

New banner 1: Frontal view of Angel of the North.

New banner 2: Gateshead quayside.

As of Talk:Tyne and Wear, I would like a consideration of these banners for either Gateshead or Tyne and Wear. /Yvwv (talk) 21:21, 8 July 2018 (UTC)

I think that the new Angel of the North banner is better than the present one. Gatehead quayside is a banner based on a image which is already in the article, and may be better as a full image. In summary, I like New Banner 1. AlasdairW (talk) 23:23, 8 July 2018 (UTC)
