Biggest glaciers[edit]

Columbia Icefield is said here to be "the largest region of ice and snow in the Northern Hemisphere outside of the of the Arctic Circle", while its area is said to be about 325 km² (125 sq mi). The glacier ice of Jostedalsbreen, on the other hand, is said to cover about 500 km², which is much more, and just north of 60°N. And then we have Vatnajökull at some 8,100 km², also south of the Arctic Circle, and a large portion of Greenland. I removed the claim. --LPfi (talk) 22:36, 10 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
