ATM?

Does the ATM at Afghanistan International Bank (AIB) accept foreign cards with Mastercard or Visa logos? We should be certain of this if we're going to change the article from "no atms", it's a long way to journey to find that you don't have access to any cash – (WT-en) cacahuate ^talk 11:13, 27 April 2008 (EDT)

Presumably it is linked into AIB's system. Their machines in Kabul take international cards, so I would guess the one in Herat does too. (WT-en) Davidbstanley 17:37, 27 April 2008 (EDT)
