OK, who'd have thunk it? Apparently there's some really crazy stuff going on in N. VA.

Now, I know a few things about staying safe around the gangs which were active in Chicago in the 1990s (keep your head down - avoid standing near adolescents - don't wear certain color combinations), but I have no idea what to write about staying safe around a displaced guerilla army. Can somebody fill this in? Is the answer avoid Herndon? What about people who have to go there?
