I do not beliece this article can be Dual licenced. So I removed the note:

Licence note: The author explicitly agrees to publication under the terms of the GFDL.

This was put on by User:(WT-en) Hansm, however User:(WT-en) Hansm was not the only, or first, contributor to the page. As Wikivoyage submissions are released under a CC by SA licence I presume the claim is invalid as User:(WT-en) Hansm is not the original or sole contributor. -- (WT-en) Huttite 20:01, 27 Mar 2005 (EST)

Hard to say wether the linked site is offical or not. There is no webmaster info given, but the content is some kind of tourist info. The pages itselves don't look like commercial pages and don't contain no advertisement, but there are commercial popups linked.
