Talk:Jackson (Wyoming)

Hey...whomever started this page, thank you so much!

I wanted to report that I took that comment , "It's a sore spot for locals" out because I really don't think that tourists referring to Jackson or mistaking the towns name for Jackson Hole isn't 'enough of a sore spot'. In fact it might almost hit a nerve of 'snobbery' with residents and tourists alike. Similar "who cares" boasting, once upon a time was who had a 733 number or didn't, have letters on their license plate or the low number quest on plates and mailboxes, 001 0r 002.

Lets be a friendly, welcoming town. A town that welcomed you 35 years ago or me 15 years ago or someone who has just discovered the same mountain or stream that you or I did that kept us here.

Thank you again. —The preceding comment was added by (WT-en) Tootsy's Footsy Lounge (talkcontribs) at 06:05, 20 January 2011‎

Grand Targhee[edit]

The directions say "Located over Teton Pass, about an hour and a half from Jackson". I don't think it belongs in this guide except maybe as a "Go next" destination. Your thoughts? Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:39, 23 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
