Coaches to Kimitoön[edit]
I haven't gone to Kimitoön by coach too often, but the timetables I find are confused. According to Vainio's timetables (15.A) and Föli (720 & co) it seems line 721 goes from Turku to Kimito, 722 from Turku via Kimito to Dalsbruk, 523 from (sic!) or via Kimito to Kasnäs. The S lines (722S, 723S) start from Turku harbour or combine with a coach from there. The M–F 15:10 service from Turku is called 523H by Vainio but 523/723S by Föli.
The "What are these" lines are found in Vainio's timetable (18): look at the row "Kaarina th, 110-tie" (including the Y1 and Y2 comments). You can of course take any coach to Turku (such as Onnibus) and transfer there; not all coaches allow a transfer in Kaarina (which requires deviating from the motorway). The ones in the timetable obviously make sense, as there are few direct connections, while I haven't checked whether some other connections via Turku are worthwhile (there needs to be a coach to transfer to, and connections using another company for the leg to Turku aren't listed).
We don't need to present all complexity, but not all coaches combine with a coach to Dalsbruk or Kasnäs, there indeed seems to be buses between Dalsbruk and Kasnäs and not all coaches use line numbers (at least not all from Salo).
