Courtray vs Kortrijk?
[edit]While I agree that Courtray is an English alternative to the French Courtrai, I would say, particularly in Britain, the Dutch name of Kortrijk is now more common, and usage of Courtray is now more or less historical. I am not sure about other parts of the English speaking world, but from my experience I would suggest changing the name of the page to Kortrijk, as that is a) the local name, and b) the name that seems more common in English as well, at least from my experience. I'd be interested to hear what others think. Xidon (talk) 15:14, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
- This is the first time I hear of "Courtray". As much as we do not call Vlissingen "Flushing" in the article title, I would go with Kortrijk here. PrinceGloria (talk) 21:57, 14 June 2013 (UTC)

- I've never heard "Courtray" either. Go a head and make the move! ϒpsilon (talk) 17:47, 4 April 2015 (UTC)

- OK, I did it! That said, the article is still exceptionally bad in so many ways... care to lead the way in brushing it up? PrinceGloria (talk) 20:19, 7 April 2015 (UTC)
