Articles for states should have no templated listings, only prose highlights with links to city or park articles that have full listings. Please read Wikivoyage:Region article template. And I can't imagine a bunch of supermarkets being highlights of a trip to any state, so the "Buy" section would be more useful if it could focus on types of items that the state is especially known for and that travellers should therefore consider buying.
