Structure of listings and needed tasks

[edit]

There's never a need to create a blank page, but now it'll no longer be blank.

What's most needed in this article is more content, but there are Wikivoyage standards for how to present listings:

(1) Listing templates are not to be tampered with. In other words, if you're not using a field, leave it blank but do not delete it. Several listings on this page have deleted fields that will need to be restored.

(2) Per Wikivoyage:Listings#Template parameters, default address information is omitted from listings. In this case, that would be the name of the town, when it's the same as the article title, plus the post code and abbreviation for the state.

(3) The name of an establishment should generally never be repeated in a listing, and definitely not in the "alt" tab, which is for genuinely alternate names (such as the name of a museum in English and Portuguese), but this doesn't seem to be a problem anymore. However, as mentioned above, the alt tab should not be deleted if it's not in use.

But I think the most important thing this article needs is a lede or "Understand" section that explains why someone would want to visit Luminárias. Can someone summarize what the draw is for visitors? That can be detailed in listings in the main part of the article, but it's important to state upfront.
