Established or reserved?

The lead and Understand talk about a national park reserve, while one sentence in the lead says the park was established in 2015. Is the article simply not updated or do the wordings need to be tweaked? –LPfi (talk) 09:14, 7 March 2022 (UTC)

Hiking

The article says that "a 50 km stretch of sandy beaches at the edge of the park [...] is suitable for hiking". What about the rest of the park? The sentence implies to me that the rest of it is more challenging, but are you banned on visiting (Fees and permits tells nothing about restrictions – it should, even if there were none)? Is it more or less impossible? The nature of the challenges should be explained; I suppose hikes there just require special skills and attitude.

(And the article should tell what hiking at the Wunderstrand is like, and whether there are challenges also with that.)
