"Districts" section[edit]
We now have a list of 11 districts. All but East Khasi Hills are red links, and East Khasi Hills is just a list of links, itself. Is there any good reason we shouldn't simply delete East Khasi Hills and delete the "Districts" section from this article? This state-level article, in any case, needs a lot of work.
