12-hr or 24-hr clock[edit]

I've been using this map from Reddit to determine whether change block is used in each country: search on "Reddit 12/24 hour time format used around the world". It says that Mexico uses the 12-hour clock, but it could wrong. I don't recall from my last visit. Ground Zero (talk) 16:12, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I spent nearly ten months traveling around central and southern Mexico in 2014 and early 2015, and with the possible exception of gringo zones and businesses focused on English-speaking tourists, the 24-hour clock is preferred. All Mexican articles I've edited, while in the country and afterward, reflect that. Unless of course the entire country decided to change the preferred format in the last four years, which I seriously doubt. –StellarD (talk) 17:07, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I'll take your word for it. I'm having my doubts about the Reddit map, but haven't found any better source, which is strange. Ground Zero (talk) 17:59, 24 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
