Hopefully I am not stepping on any toes here but for some reason even though the name "Polanco" is used in reference to this area, it is linked on wikivoyage under the name "Miguel Hidalgo" - the official name of the delegation that Polanco is in, but otherwise not too helpful for travelers. Since someone has already created an orphan Polanco page, preventing me from moving the article, I am instead copying the contents of the entire page as well as the talk page, and setting up a redirect on the Miguel Hidalgo page.
