Making sense of this "District"

"Outer Monterrey" is kind of a weird concept, especially since many of the colonias it will include are adjacent to el centro, and thus, more "inner" than "outer" Also, there's a big difference between the areas to the northwest of el centro, and those to the southeast. I've added some text to clarify where the major colonias would lie, and I've tried to organize sections like "Sleep" and "Eats" to reflect the north v. south geography. I was the one who gave it the name Outer Monterrey, and I'm not a local and don't know the city well. As you appear to have better knowledge, feel free to rename the article, adjust the boundaries between districts, or split districts as you think proper. My main consideration at the time, which I suggest you keep in mind, is that this is already a short article, and if it were split into lots of little articles then each of those articles would be mostly empty. What I think might work is to split Outer Monterrey into Northwest Monterrey and Southeast Monterrey. The biggest advantage I see to that is one of proximity. Sites that are in one district or the other will be close to each other, whereas the Outer Monterrey division might have entries in any section (See, Eats etc) being on complete opposite sides of the city. I would definitely not go back to having small articles that will be mostly empty. Overall, I think the current organization is pretty good, and a big improvement over the way things were.
