Location

Per the map at w:North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve, the reserve seems to be close to the coast, in the area that our division of Latvia labels the Riga region, not Vidzeme. --Ypsilon (talk) 19:39, 13 July 2020 (UTC)

But it stretches over to Burtnieks Lake, which looks like it's in Vidzeme, so I think it's in both regions. Please make any changes you feel are appropriate. My trip to Latvia 25 years ago was too brief, and I am not an expert. Ground Zero (talk) 19:45, 13 July 2020 (UTC)

I'm not much of an expert either (I've apparently been near the park twice). The official Vidzeme covers both our Vidzeme and most if not all of the Riga region... and the maps at the official park site ("Biosphere Reserve external borders and functional boundaries scheme:" at the bottom of that page) shows the park is in both of our regions. Maybe best to breadcrumb it under Latvia and list it in both articles. Ypsilon (talk) 19:57, 13 July 2020 (UTC)
