- To avoid having this article be re-created, what about redirecting to Oceania? I would have suggested Islands of the Pacific Ocean, but that now redirects to Oceania. -- (WT-en) Ryan 14:06, 30 October 2006 (EST)

- It's wrong, large swathes of the Americas and Asia are also on the Pacific Ocean. I'd delete this page as there is no proper location to redirect it to. --(WT-en) globe-trotter 19:33, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- Back in 2006 Islands of the Atlantic Ocean was a top-level region, so this redirect made more sense. Today, since this article is frequently wiki-linked by new users, a disambiguation page or a redirect to Project:Bodies of water probably makes more sense. -- (WT-en) Ryan • (talk) • 19:59, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
