When I did the original regionalisation of Laos, I thought that Plain of Jars might not meet the criteria to be an article, and might be better treated as an attraction in the Phonsavan article. Any thoughts on this? --(WT-en) Burmesedays 23:57, 27 April 2010 (EDT)
- I would say the same, however the whole region is better known as the Plain of Jars, so for travellers this article would be the starting point. There are UNESCO supported tours to the jar sites all over the province I am going to post at this article soon... that would be an information fitting for this article and not for the Phonsavan one... --(WT-en) gavilan1644 11:22, 28 April 2010 (Lao Time)
- That would be great if you could. It is many years since I was there and any personal info I have is therefore way out of date. Certainly the name is more recognisable than Phonsavan. And as an side, a number of our Laos articles need work, so please do not be shy and just plunge forward! Cheers. --(WT-en) Burmesedays 00:32, 28 April 2010 (EDT)
