This region contains the following counties:
- Berkeley
- Grant
- Hampshire
- Hardy
- Jefferson
- Mineral
- Morgan
- Pendleton
- Pocahontas
- Randolph
- Tucker

I removed the Shenandoah Valley from the regions list, because it's not in the Potomac Highlands. --(WT-en) Brhumphreys 00:28, 14 September 2008 (EDT)
Can we get city list to 9 or lower?
[edit]Removed 3 insignificant small towns from the City list. None of the 3 had anything in the topic except "Fossil hunting" which someone seems to think is the sole activity of travelers to eastern WV...
The "cities" I removed are:
- Franklin
- Hedgesville
- Hillsboro
I'd like to remove another 1 or 2, but not sure which should go. Anyone familiar with the area care to chime in? Mrkstvns (talk) 22:06, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
