I don't understand the lede. What does the sentence fragment beginning with "and" mean?

"And part of Sagamihara city in Hashimoto (east), Fujino(north), Sagami Ono(south)." Ikan Kekek (talk) 02:45, 17 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

These three are trains stations of Sagamihara city, but I can't be sure that is what the author wanted to mention. — Fabimaru (talk) 19:16, 7 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
