Which official site?

Normally, we link one official tourism or governmental site to the name of the place at the beginning of the article. Which site would be best to link, this one or this one, or is that an impossible question to answer? One concern some people have had is that when two official sites are linked, one becomes a footnote-style link, which is a style that's been deprecated. Ikan Kekek (talk) 17:42, 3 May 2014 (UTC)
