This article looks like a rouge article, and should be part of Seoul/Jung as per Talk:Seoul - I will merge and redirect if noone objects.

Yes it should, Myeongdong was not "awarded" it's own article in the districtification and it is located in Jung gu. (And otherwise I would have to fiddle with the map again).
