Cuillin

[edit]

I believe that standard usage is for the term "Cuillin" (the correct spelling) to describe the aggregate of the high mountains of Skye, without an "s" on the end. Example: "The Cuillin are the best known mountains on Skye." Wish I'd had a chance to climb in the Cuillin when I was there ... -- (WT-en) Bill-on-the-Hill 08:47, 6 April 2006 (EDT)

Transport

[edit]

The bus time-table website (Rapson's) no longer functions. (WT-en) Davidx 14:54, 27 March 2008 (EDT)

I've updated the get in and get around sections. Rapson's have been taken over by Stagecoach, and the latter have now produced an up to date area guide. Link added. (WT-en) Jamesbrownontheroad 18:30, 19 January 2009 (EST)
