"Connect" section[edit]
This section is envisioned to be about Wi-Fi, cybercafes, mobile phone connectivity and the like. That said, the chart, though irregular for Wikivoyage and with ALL-CAP LETTERS, which is not a good thing, does have some useful numbers. But most of those numbers are irrelevant to travellers.
