Why does this article need this disclaimer?

"The touristic attractions from lower, are not only from Vâlsan Valley, are also from Doamnei Valley (the neighbour valley)."

I don't know what "from lower" means (below?), but why are we listing attractions from somewhere other than the region that's the name of the article? Ikan Kekek (talk) 16:09, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
