As far as I can see from the revision history of the page, your edits are still there. There is probably a cache problem, which you can solve by going into the "edit" window, and clicking the "Purge Cache for this page." at the very bottom of it. Renaming Veliko Turnovo

I believe we should rename Veliko Turnovo's page name as Veliko Tarnovo, as that tends to be the most common English transliteration of the name found in guide books, travel websites, and even Wikipedia. I think that we should put Veliko Turnovo in the "also written as" part, since it is less-commonly written. Do you see "More" at the top of the page, to the right of Read Edit Add topic View history? If you click it, "Move" is 2nd in the dropdown list. You would click that, change the name, select for the associated talk page to be changed, and make sure to keep a redirect from the current pagename.
