Usable status

I've done as much as I can on this one. I've listed the one accommodation option in town and the one thing to see. It's not much of town, but given it's proximity to Purnululu_National_Park, it deserves own article. All the info to get in/out/eat/sleep is there so it seems like more than an outline.
