Do we need provincial articles for this region? The three provincial articles have little text, and they lead to a total of 9 city articles and 4 other destination articles. Furthermore, the current structure does not reflect the split of Habana province into two new provinces in 2011. I think this information could rolled up into the Western Cuba article, and the provincial articles redirected, with the existing content commented out so that it can be easily restored if the need arises.
