Mountain resorts

This region has three mountain resort areas:

• Abant is a fairly hollow page and not much there. It's only 30 km from Bolu so I propose merging it there.
• Yedigöller (red link) has even less, likewise only 30 km from Bolu so I propose merging.
• Ilgaz National Park is more substantial and has been built to usable. I've re-classed it as "rural area" as the "park" status doesn't much impinge on visitors, indeed it's not obvious whether Yıldıztepe is even in the park.
