Multiple map markers for Brantford and Kingston

As I type this on April 26, 2025, Brantford is marked with map markers 7 and 12, and Kingston is marked with map markers 32 and 34. What is the best way to fix these duplicates? Robkelk (talk) 23:03, 26 April 2025 (UTC)
