Yarra Valley and the Dandenongs are definitely distinct areas and deserve separate pages. Fukawi2 (talk) 04:33, 18 January 2013 (UTC)Reply

Listings of tours from Melbourne

[edit]

This section felt pretty promotional, and furthermore, my understanding is that allowable tour listings (which do include wine tasting tours, due to the hazards of drinking and driving) should be listed where the company is headquartered, with full listing templates including address, telephone number and pricing information. Since all of these tours are from Melbourne, they should presumably be listed there, though without any hint of touting of "unique memories" and certainly not how they are regarded on sites that compete with Wikivoyage. Nevertheless, I copied these here, in case anyone disagrees with me or can find some use in them.

Itineraries

[edit]

Wine Tours Victoria offers Yarra Valley wine tours in small groups. They have been in operation for 35 years and are well regarded on TripAdvisor. Includes lunch and CBD hotel pickup, and is $180pp. If you're lucky you might be the only ones on tour, but normally there's only 3 or 4 other people with you on tour, very personalised and intimate.

Wine Hop Tours: Public winery bus tours available pickup from Melbourne CBD to the Yarra Valley wine regions. Or choose their private wine tasting tour packages; wine, cheese and food.

Kangaroo Hopping Tours: Small and private Melbourne winery tours operator who can offer personalised photography, video and drone as part of your day. Experience unique memories with friends, colleague and family.
