[edit]Can you not later do it the same way with Yelwa Yauri- here is an example

- Itineraries based on literature are totally fine, but it's important for all the places in the itinerary article to have decent articles, because they'll all be linked to from the itinerary. By the way, Wikipedia says the name of the place is really Yelwa, and further states: "The town is often referred to as "Yelwa, Yauri", after the Emirate and Local Government Administration it is in." Should we change the article's name and include a similar note, or is the Wikipedia article not accurate? Also, if the name is generally hyphenated, shouldn't it be "Yelwa-Yauri," with no space between the two words? Ikan Kekek (talk) 05:51, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- When the novel was written that's the name of the town - Yelwa-Yauri, prefer one without space. But I think the Yauri emirate is still there so it has to be Yelwa-Yauri because of the Yauri emirate.49.151.49.135 06:00, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- But what's the most common name of the town now? We could have the other name redirect to the more common name.
- Redirect this to Yelwa Yauri or Yelwa, Yauri what they commonly use online. Some don't use comma but one with a comma will be preferred.49.151.49.135 06:16, 11 October 2014 (UTC)

- To clarify about the itinerary article you'd like to write: It should be a different article and have a different name that describes the itinerary. Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:08, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- That could be the itinerary in a novel (From one continental country to the other until it arrives in Yelwa-Yauri but what is important is what's in Yelwa-Yauri.... the centerpoint of this trip.49.151.49.135 06:16, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
- Well, I haven't read the book, so I don't know the route. Itinerary articles can be great but are tricky. It might be a good idea for you to look at some Star and Guide-level itinerary articles and then do a write-up in your user space, such as User:49.151.49.135/Yelwa-Yauri Itinerary, and if you like, others could help you edit it before it gets put into when we call "article space" on this site.
- This site is pretty impoverished in coverage of Africa, so it's great that you've decided to put some more info up! Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:36, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
