Template:Topbox
Middle Earth |
This was an April Fool's Day joke article. We amused ourselves tremendously in making it. Please refrain from dragging out the silliness and plunge forward on some real articles! |
This box is used for the {{CompletedEvent}} and {{Joke}} templates to format the box surrounding their content, providing consistent borders, text size and color. It may be used for other boxes which will be placed at the top of Main namespace pages as well. These messages indicate to the normal user that they may wish to ignore the page when looking for current travel information, while still providing historic insight or amusement.
Usage
[edit]You may specify up to three paragraphs of text, including the wiki syntax for bold, italic, center or any other formatting you wish to use. You do not have to specify more than one paragraph; the latter two are optional.
Examples
[edit]{{Topbox|Some text here.|More text here, optionally.|Still more text here, also optional.}}
To make the sample box at the top of this page, you would use the following wikitext:
{{Topbox|<big>'''[[{{FULLPAGENAME}}|Middle Earth]]'''</big>|''This was an April Fool's Day joke article. We amused ourselves tremendously in making it. Please refrain from dragging out the silliness and plunge forward on some real articles!''}}
