Hi Roovinn, hope you're doing well. I do have two questions regarding this edit though:

  1. Does $35 mean US$35? (I assume so, but usually we like to write US$xx for clarity for countries that don't officially use the US$ (so not the US, Palau or Ecuador) when referring to the USD
  2. Regarding the removal of

Kazakhstani residents from Atyrau Oblys and Mangystau Oblys have visa free access to Balkan Region for up to 5 days.

Uzbekistani residents from Khorezm Vilayat and Bukhara Vilayat as well as residents of Amudarya, Khujayli, Shumanay, Qunghirat districts and Takhiatash of Karakalpakstan and residents of Dehkanabad, Guzar, Nishan and Mirishkar districts of Qashqadarya Vilayat and residents of Sherabad and Muzrabat districts of Surkhandarya Vilayat have visa free access for up to 3 days within any month period. During Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha the access is allowed twice a month, but no more than 7 days.

Arranging a tour will make things much easier, as the company can help in getting the Letter of Invitation and visa. You might well have to be met by a guide, regardless of how you enter Turkmenistan. This can be particularly important, especially if your inward journey is delayed as is possible when entering across the Caspian Sea by boat.

When you enter Turkmenistan your bags usually will be searched with an X-ray machine. You will have to fill a green Entry Travel Pass, an immigration card and a customs declaration. List all your valuables that you bring with you in the customs declaration, make sure that it is stamped and keep a copy with you. You will have to show it again when you leave the country.

Don't you think that's important information? While irrelevant to someone from most English-speaking countries, it's useful info for someone from Kazakhstan or Uzbekistan. --SHB2000 (talk | contribs | meta.wikimedia) 08:28, 31 July 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Hello SHB2000,
1) $35 means US$35, correct.
2) Regarding that, The State Migration Service of Turkmenistan website doesn't mention anything about allowing visa-free access to citizens of Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan. You may view more here. Roovinn (talk) 09:52, 31 July 2022 (UTC)Reply[reply]
